30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.
If you want to cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. Please be aware that we have seen knock off companies that are advertising our product and scamming people! If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.
